PFS Business Transformation (BT) Director
Job Role:
- Highly visible position reports to the Senior Project Director EAPM.
- Responsible for all planning, scheduling, budgeting, status reporting, asset and team acquisition, staff performance management, vendor management and project results for the EAPM project
- Project performance reporting to the Executive Sponsors, Program Sponsors, Steering Committee and other Senior Level Executives in the organization
- Directs Project Leadership Team and Advisory Board meetings
- Creates and controls dissemination of all Project informational and marketing materials
- Creates a positive environment in PFS and the organization for the project and the transformations that will result
Skills and Experience:
- Certification in one of the Epic Revenue Cycle applications (ADT/Cadence/Resolute)
- Demonstrated leadership, organization and communication skills in managing large project teams or staff.
- Must have extensive knowledge of Healthcare Revenue Cycle processes and systems.
- Demonstrated successful project management.
- Must be highly organized and able to coordinate many simultaneous activities.
- Professional presentation skills and highly developed communication skills are essential.
